10:00- 11:30 Official welcoming of the participants. Checking the Gantt chart.
Project survey results were presented by Mr.Pullia from association Projuven to all partners with a short report. From the discussion of the project survey report came out the four e-learning modules that will be created by partners for the Intellectual Output 1. The four e-learning modules that will be realized are the following:
- Digital and social skills need for youth workers /volunteers in their work with refugees – taken by Association Projuven
- How NGOs can use digital tools and social media in refugee work – taken by OJAB
- How refugees use social media and digital tools during their journey to Europe –taken by Futuro Digitale
- Successful strategies of NGOs for inclusion of refugees in society – Taken by Alternativi International
11:30 – 13:00 – The consortium decided that each e-learning module will be minimum 15 pages plus quizzes, in order to guarantee a greater interest of youth workers on it. The quiz of each module will consist in a multiple choice test and each partner will check the answers of participants related to their own module. In addition, at the end of the e-learning modules duration, participants will take an evaluation questionnaire and after that they will receive a certificate of accomplishment.
The deadline for the delivery of the IO1 are the following:
-1 st July: Moodle Platform that will contain the modules will be ready.
-10th August: Each partner will send to Futuro Digitale its own e-learning module plus quizzes
-15th August: Official release and dissemination of the Moodle platform and e- learning modules.
Each partner takes the responsibility to involve and make enroll to the platform a minimum of 20 youth workers per country.
-15th October: Moodle platform with e-learning modules will temporarily
deactivated due to the need to track the progress and the results of the youth
workers that enrolled in the platform and take all modules.
-20th October: Alternativi team will send to all participants an evaluation
-30th October: Alternativi will send to the youth workers that passed with success
all quizzes and follow all four e-learning modules a certificate of accomploshiment on behalf of Volunteers 4 ALL consortium
13:00 – 14:00 Lunch break
14:00 – 15:30 Partners discussed about the organization of the first training event (C1) that will take place in Bansko (Bulgaria) from 12th to 18th August 2018. The main criteria and deadlines for the selection of participants were also commented and agreed. During the training participants will sign an agreement where they will take the responsibility and duty to take all project e-learning modules. At the end of the training participants will receive the Youthpass certificate.
15:30 – 16:30 Partners decided that the final meeting in Austria will take place in the second or third week of November 2018. In the month of June 2018 will be decided the date of the meeting.
16:30 – 17:30 Partners discussed about the project dissemination strategy and designed a dissemination plan for the survey report, e-learning modules and the training event that will take place in Bulgaria.
17:30 – 18:00 Closing and certification
