19 November 2018 – Arrival of participants in Vienna


20 November 2018

10:00- 11:30  Intellectual Output. Mr.Rossi from Futuro Digitale presented to all partners the Online Moodle Platform realized and discussed the main figures.

That was followed by evaluation of the impact and the results reached by the E-learning courses. Afterwards we discussed way on how to disseminate  in further the Online Moodle Platform

11:30 – 13:00 – The representatives on the meeting discussed the Short-term joint staff training events (Bansko, Bulgaria)” held in August 2018. We have concluded that the aims and objectives were fulfilled and the participants got skills,  knowledge and competences that they implement already back in their organizations.

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch break

14:00 – 15:30 The  Digital Guide of best practices (IO2) (Output leader: OJAB) was discussed. The IO2 was agreed to be in  English and all partners languages as set in the application form. The IO2 was agreed to be  populated with training resources as a tool-kit for youth workers as well as best practices at national and transnational levels. The IO2 would offer to a range of multiple stakeholders (public authorities at different levels, tech companies, volunteers, NGOs, foundations and youth representatives) a new source of information for exchanging the practicalities of making the best use of technology.

The following deadlines were set up

  • 15th February- chapters to be sent to ÖJAB –  in English
  • 21st February-publishing the guide
  • 25th February- translation in all partner languages (BG, ES, IT, DE)
  • 1st March- Final publishing of translations

We agreed on the following structure regarding the chapters:

  • Introduction:ÖJAB
  • Chapter 1: Guidelines (PROJUVEN)
  • Chapter 2: Training Resources (ALTERNATIVI)
  • Chapter 3: Case studies (ÖJAB)
  • Chapter 4: Use of EU and other programs in support of youth workers dealing with refuge integration (FUTURO DIGITALE)

15:30 – 16:30 We had discussion on :

  • Dissemination activities for the project – we set up the number of dissemination activities that each organization needs to do before ending of the project ( 10 events)
  • Social media channels ( it was agreed that we do regular posts with information by each partner weekly)
  • Output justification –timesheets and contracts ( it was agreed to be provided to the coordinator in scan and original format
  • Final mobility report – it was agreed that the final mobility report will be completed by all partners

16:30 – 17:30 Plan of project multiplayer event (E1). It was agreed that the multiplayer event will be implemented in Malaga, Spain on 23 of May 2019. Association Projuven will be responsible for confirming  the 10 international participants as well as the 20 local once. The responsible will open and  collect all the applications and discuss it with the consortium. Than we will agree on 30 participants to be included and Projuven team will communicate their arrival, departure and participation.
